Do you have a map of this location?
Yes! I have at least one or two map options for EVERY location in the world, and for most locations I have many options. Map scales and appearances vary but since I use mainly the same series you can get a good idea of what you can expect from looking at my listings and the examples in them.
Can I change the text?
Yes — you can request any text changes or a different typeface for any design and we will send a proof for you to review!
How long will my order take?
Your timely reply to your proof email with approval is the biggest factor! Here is how long it takes us to process your order:

The normal turnaround looks like this:
Once you place your order we will send a proof of your custom art via email within 1-5 business days.
Once approved, we will send your art to print, and it should ship within 2 business days.
Framing adds 3-5 business days
Canvas printing and framing adds 2-5 days

• Rush Proof Only – 1 business day (weekends and holidays not included)
• 2-Day shipping (without rushing your proof)
• Rush proof + 2-day Shipping
• Canvas (framed and unframed) and unframed paper print production will be rushed with the rush proof and 2 day shipping option to include next day production
• Regular framing production be rushed at this time, so the proof and shipping can be rushed, but framing will take minimum 3 business days in between.
Will my art come framed?
If you specifically added a frame when you select from the drop down menu it will come framed. If you select “Unframed” then the print will not have a frame.
Can you change the color/text on this print?
Yes! Almost all of the art in my shop can be customized. Please send me a message about a specific request, but for most orders you can simply leave a note at checkout and I will send a proof with the updates.
Who can I call to discuss my order?
I really appreciate all of my customers and I do my best to reply as fast as possible, but communicating via email/messages is best so that I can take care of things in the right order and I have a record of every request that way.
What if I don’t like my proof?
Check our our 3500+ reviews and you will see that this is a very rare occurrence. We will revise your art until you’re happy, and there are usually many map options for each location! In the very unlikely event that you are unhappy we will refund all but $25 (to cover the time already spent creating your personalized art).
Can you ship to a PO Box
Yes most orders can be but for framed orders there is a fee because it is much more expensive. Please see the shipping upgrade for PO Boxes if you are shipping a framed print to one. Your PO box must also be able to receive a large package.
Shipping is Free to US addresses!
We are currently only shipping to US and UK addresses from this shop, but you can visit the Etsy shop to place international orders (agierdesign.etsy.com). All shipping is FREE to US addresses and is standard first class shipping. Expedited options are also available at checkout
