The proof is the product

We email a proof first.

Custom map art fails when the crop is wrong or the date is off. The proof is how we keep that from happening. If no reply is sent within 2 weeks we will ship the print without approval.

1. 01

You order a design and write the places in plain language. Neighborhoods and “include the bridge” notes are welcome.

2. 02

Amelia or the studio sends a proof in 1–5 business days (one day if you add rush).

3. 03

You reply. We revise. Repeat until it is the gift you meant to give.

4. 04

Print in two business days. Framing adds 3–5. Canvas a little longer. Then it ships.

Usual total: 7–15 business days. This shop ships to the US and the UK. Other countries can still order through Etsy.
